Stellar Technologies integrates security systems: video, access control, sensors and perimeter protection unified into one platform, cloud or on-prem. We knew the team well, having already built the Starix Security site for them, and they were a genuine pleasure to work with the first time round.
Then came the call: Stellar was launching, the website wasn't ready, and there was one week left. No time for a normal process. So we changed the process.
Seven days.
A call on every one.
With no room for slow feedback loops, we replaced the big end-of-project reveal with a daily review call. The client saw the site grow every day, decisions were made on the spot, and changes shipped by the next morning's call.
By launch day there was nothing left to surprise anyone. The site was done, reviewed a day at a time, and handed over in WordPress on schedule.
