One brand.
Two markets.
Zero room for
operational chaos.
The storefront had to feel global.
The operations had to work locally.
Freedom Whatever is one of Korea's biggest sportswear brands, and this build was their storefront for Singapore and Malaysia: two markets with different currencies, shipping expectations and delivery timelines, run from a single catalogue.
The brand entered Singapore through its official distributor, ALLSTARSUPPLY, and we worked alongside its director, who also heads WNBF Singapore, to bring Freedom into the market.
They needed a store that could serve both markets without maintaining two of everything, and a way to handle preorder drops where the stock does not exist yet. It had to land on a tight deadline, built while two other client projects ran side by side.

02.1
The storefront
The first build covered the storefront itself: product architecture, FAQ, returns and delivery policies, and region-aware banner switching so SG and MY visitors see the right messaging and pricing context. Product care information supplied by the Korean partner was rewritten for an English-reading audience.

02.2
The redesign
Three months later the store was rebuilt around a Taiwan-style layout the client had referenced: a locked desktop navigation, full-width hero banners, and an auto-updating Best Sellers section that ranks itself from live sales data instead of needing manual curation.
The pre-order tags on every card are ours too, built for the batch system: when a drop opens, the storefront itself says so, on every product, without anyone editing a page.
The drop ends.
The work starts.
Region-aware pricing
Both markets are priced from one catalogue, handled once at catalogue level rather than maintained by hand per product.
Variant-level allocation
Preorders are broken down by variant, balances topped up, and only what can ship from existing stock is released.
HitPay checkout
HitPay was integrated as the payment gateway, the domain connected, and checkout went live with the store.
| Variant | Size | SG | MY | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials logo hoodie | M | 42 | 18 | Allocated |
| Essentials logo hoodie | L | 35 | 12 | Allocated |
| Essential track jacket | M | 28 | 9 | Allocated |
| Essential track jacket | L | 19 | 11 | Top up |
| Active half-zip | S | 24 | 7 | Allocated |
Not just launched.
Kept moving.
Freedom is now on a standing retainer. After every preorder window closes, orders are exported into a multi-sheet report: preorder items broken down by variant, inventory balances to top up, unfulfilled summaries, and what can ship from existing stock. Twenty-three batches delivered so far, alongside continuous product uploads as new drops arrive, with the brand's business email accounts managed by us.
And the partnership keeps growing: Freedom is now opening in Thailand, a third market running through the same system.
